Currently, we are inviting detail-oriented fresh graduates and career changers to join our Processing and Data Entry team. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training on US and international immigration portals will be provided from day one. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong accuracy, focus, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input client information to complete and submit DS-160 Nonimmigrant Visa applications.
- Process, organize, and verify I-20 form documentation and SEVIS fee records for students admitted to US universities.
- Cross-check client passports, academic transcripts, and financial documents against internal records to ensure zero data entry errors before official submission.
- Learn and maintain the customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel), including updating pipeline stages, attaching documents, and logging internal notes.
- Support the counseling team by maintaining well-organized digital records for every student profile.

Required Qualifications
- Female applicants only.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, which is the primary selection criterion.
- Proficient written English skills to accurately read, interpret, and input data into official US immigration portals.
- Comfortable working efficiently with CRMs (specifically GoHighLevel), spreadsheets, and digital document management systems.
- Willingness to learn; no prior visa or immigration experience is required.

- Competitive base salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 50,000 per month.
- Clear career advancement opportunities, with the potential to progress to Senior Processing Officer and beyond within 6 to 18 months for high performers.
