Processing Officer

One World Immigration Law Consultant is looking for a detail-oriented Processing Officer with 2 to 3 years of experience in visa processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing visa applications from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with visa requirements. This full-time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a monthly salary range of PKR 40,000 to 60,000. The role requires strong organizational skills, client coordination, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional office environment located in Lahore DHA.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire visa application process, including documentation, submission, and follow-up.
- Review client documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with visa regulations.
- Prepare and organize visa applications, forms, supporting documents, and case files.
- Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documents and address any gaps.
- Maintain detailed records of applications, submissions, follow-ups, and case progress.
- Monitor deadlines, submission dates, and processing timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with internal departments regarding client cases and application requirements.
- Stay updated on visa policies, documentation standards, and procedural changes.
- Communicate application status and requirements to clients clearly and professionally.
- Handle all client information and documentation with strict confidentiality.
- Follow up on pending applications and assist in resolving any processing issues.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail throughout the visa processing cycle.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy.
- Strong understanding of visa application procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
