Procurement Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our Automotive business team. This role involves close collaboration with Sales and Operations to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will manage payment, delivery, and scheduling requirements to support smooth order fulfillment and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales team by placing and processing customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure orders and deliveries progress according to schedule.
- Monitor payment statuses to ensure timely completion in line with agreed terms.
- Track order fulfillment and delivery timelines from placement to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of order status, payments, delivery dates, and locations.
- Provide regular updates to Sales and Operations teams regarding order progress and expected delivery details.
- Proactively identify and address potential delays, discrepancies, or issues by collaborating with relevant parties.
- Follow up consistently on outstanding actions to meet commitments and deadlines.
- Keep procurement and order-related documentation organized and up to date.
- Support reporting and tracking activities related to orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding items.
- Perform additional procurement and operational coordination tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, supply chain, or a related operational role. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Proven experience coordinating orders, suppliers, deliveries, payments, or similar end-to-end processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business productivity and reporting tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:
- Prior experience working in the automotive industry or a high-volume order environment.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong track record of follow-through on commitments.

Shift Time:
This position operates Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time).
