Procurement And Supply Chain Manager (Night Shift)

We are looking for a seasoned Procurement & Supply Chain Manager with over seven years of hands-on experience managing international procurement and supply chain operations, specifically between China-based suppliers and the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and managing suppliers within the electronics, cables, and electrical products industries. This role is onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, with a shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, supporting markets in the USA and China.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations between China suppliers and the U.S. market, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
- Source, evaluate, qualify, and develop reliable international manufacturers and suppliers to meet business needs.
- Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), payment terms, production lead times, and shipping conditions to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Handle requests for quotations (RFQs), quotations, purchase orders (POs), proforma invoices (PIs), and supplier agreements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor production schedules, order statuses, shipments, and supplier performance to maintain supply chain reliability.
- Coordinate product samples, inspections, testing, packaging, certifications, and quality documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure suppliers consistently meet approved product specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Plan inventory and replenishment strategies based on demand forecasts, stock levels, and supplier lead times.
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based e-commerce and operations teams to guarantee product availability aligns with market demand.
- Track procurement and landed costs against approved target pricing to maintain budget control.
- Identify and resolve issues related to suppliers, production, quality, logistics, and delivery to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and generate regular reports to support decision-making.
- Develop and nurture long-term supplier relationships, seeking opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- Proven hands-on experience managing procurement between the USA and China markets.
- Strong expertise in sourcing from China and managing international suppliers effectively.
- Demonstrated skills in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and commercial management.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping processes, Incoterms, production lead times, and import/export regulations.
- Practical experience with quality inspections, product sampling, testing, certifications, and ensuring supplier compliance.
- Ability to independently manage multiple suppliers, purchase orders, production schedules, and shipments simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
