We are currently seeking a Procurement Engineer to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to develop a career in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor relations. The successful candidate will support the procurement of technical components and materials, contributing to efficient supply chain operations while gaining valuable industry experience in a dynamic engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability criteria.
- Support negotiations with vendors regarding pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Help prepare and process purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely receipt of materials.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to understand procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or procurement software is advantageous.
- A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The monthly salary range is Rs55,000 to Rs90,000, reflecting experience and qualifications.
