- Costing, ERP Quotations & Margins: Lead detailed rate analysis and structural weight costing within the ERP system, preparing commercial proposals and securing executive approval on profit margins.
- PO Vetting & Contract Negotiation: Perform thorough audits of client Purchase Orders against submitted proposals, resolving any discrepancies related to commercial terms, technical details, or payment conditions before contract execution.
- Production Handoff & Delivery Tracking: Ensure smooth transition of finalized orders to Fabrication and Operations teams, maintaining continuous communication to meet delivery schedules.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in commercial management, estimation, or technical sales leadership within industrial steel structures, PEB, or heavy fabrication sectors.
- Technical Drawing Literacy: Proficient in reading and interpreting structural engineering drawings, understanding bills of quantities (BOQ), and evaluating weight-based steel pricing.
- Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and hold accountable an internal sales coordination team.
