Procurement Officer

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Automotive business team. This role involves close collaboration with Sales and Operations to ensure customer orders are placed accurately and that payment, delivery, and scheduling requirements are managed efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining smooth order processing and timely fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Sales team by placing and processing customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure orders and deliveries proceed according to schedule.
- Monitor payment status to ensure payments are completed within agreed timelines.
- Track order fulfillment and delivery schedules from placement through to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of order status, payment status, delivery dates, and delivery locations.
- Provide regular updates to Sales and Operations teams on order progress, expected delivery dates, and locations.
- Proactively identify potential delays or issues and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
- Follow up consistently on outstanding actions to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
- Keep procurement and order-related documentation organized and up to date.
- Support reporting and tracking activities related to orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding items.
- Perform additional procurement and operational coordination tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, supply chain, or a related operational role; experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Proven experience coordinating orders, suppliers, deliveries, payments, or similar end-to-end processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business productivity and reporting tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the automotive industry or a high-volume order environment.
- A demonstrated and verifiable track record of reliability and follow-through.

Shift Schedule

This position operates Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
