Our client, Kaydee Enterprises (Private) Limited, is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Supervisor to join their team in Karachi. The successful candidate will oversee purchasing operations, ensuring the timely procurement of quality materials while optimizing costs and improving supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of six purchasing staff, assigning responsibilities to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

- Handle order delivery management, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments.
- Address and resolve rejection issues related to quality or specification discrepancies in purchased goods.
- Utilize ERP systems to track purchase orders, inventory levels, vendor performance, and other procurement metrics.
- Collaborate with general order suppliers and traders to leverage their knowledge and networks for enhanced supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and supplier markets to source materials strategically and maintain competitive pricing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in procurement or purchasing supervision, preferably with exposure to general order suppliers and traders.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of purchasing staff.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems for purchase and inventory management.
