Express Media Group is seeking experienced Producers to join our dynamic production team based in Karachi. The ideal candidates will lead the full production cycle of TV and digital media content, ensuring high-quality output from initial concept through to final cut. This role demands strong leadership, excellent storytelling abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, live studio environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production of television and digital media content, overseeing all stages from development to delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with writers, directors, editors, and production crew to ensure seamless collaboration and creative alignment.
- Manage production schedules and budgets while maintaining the highest standards of creative quality.
- Supervise live broadcasts as well as pre-recorded studio segments, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
- Develop engaging storylines, scripts, and efficient production workflows that enhance content appeal and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in TV, digital media, or video production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong storytelling skills combined with leadership and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in both pre-production and post-production workflows and tools.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, live studio setting, managing multiple priorities under pressure.
