Product Designer

Our client is a SaaS-based Customer Engagement Platform seeking a skilled Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design and user experience of their products. This role focuses on creating simple, intuitive, and world-class user experiences by translating customer insights, partner feedback, and market research into actionable features and UX/UI enhancements. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of their work, confidently deliver results independently, and be comfortable leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance design processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design new product features, user flows, and interactions from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Identify and simplify complex areas within the platform’s UX/UI.
- Produce high-fidelity designs using Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
- Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and research findings.
- Maintain a meticulous approach to design, ensuring every interaction feels deliberate and intuitive.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to capture detailed product requirements.
- Conduct quarterly discussions with top partners to gather insights on features that improve customer retention.
- Perform international competitor research to identify relevant UX/UI and product improvements.
- Audit the platform regularly to eliminate unnecessary complexity.
- Translate insights into a prioritized product pipeline, including new features and UX/UI updates.
- Utilize AI tools wherever possible to design, prototype, and generate outputs efficiently.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI for web or mobile platforms.
- Proven experience leading product features or strategic design initiatives.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, UX improvements, and feature development.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
- Deep understanding of design systems, usability principles, and user flow optimization.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
