Product Designer (UX/UI)

You will play a pivotal role in shaping product behavior from initial discovery through to handoff, ensuring that every release enhances clarity, speed, and conversion rates. This position involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to translate insights into actionable product decisions, while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and design quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather insights and convert findings into prioritized product decisions.
- Develop high-fidelity interaction prototypes and create design specifications that are ready for implementation.
- Maintain and continuously improve design systems that are utilized across multiple products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to validate user experience after release and iterate designs based on real-world usage data.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience designing production-level web applications, beyond just marketing pages.
- Proficiency in Figma, including expertise with component systems and interaction prototyping.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions using both business and technical language.
- Working knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability testing practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience designing analytics dashboards or internal tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Previous experience working in fast-paced agency or product studio environments is advantageous.

Additional Information
This is a full-time role within the Design department, based in Gilgit or available remotely within Pakistan. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The primary tools used include Figma, FigJam, Notion, Hotjar, and Maze.
