Product Designer (UX/UI)

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to influence product behavior from initial discovery through to final handoff. In this role, you will ensure that every product release enhances clarity, speed, and conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineering teams, and leadership to deliver impactful design solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather insights and translate findings into prioritized product decisions.
- Develop high-fidelity interaction prototypes and detailed, implementation-ready design specifications.
- Maintain and continuously improve design systems that support multiple products.
- Work closely with engineering teams to validate user experience post-launch and iterate designs based on real user feedback.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience designing production-level web applications, beyond marketing or static pages.
- Proficiency in Figma, including building component systems and creating interactive prototypes.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions using both business and technical language.
- Familiarity with UX research methodologies and usability testing practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience designing analytics dashboards or internal tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Previous experience working in fast-paced agency or product studio environments.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Gilgit or available remotely within Pakistan. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The primary tools used include Figma, FigJam, Notion, Hotjar, and Maze.
