Zellbury is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Product Development to support the planning, sourcing, and execution of fashion collections. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of product development processes and a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the fashion retail industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of product development, from design coordination to supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Trend Coordination
- Collaborate with designers and trend analysts to assist in seasonal collection planning.
- Conduct research on colors, fabrics, styles, and embroidery trends to support design decisions.
- Utilize basic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD for creating concept layouts.

Fabric & Material Coordination
- Assist in sourcing fabrics and trims from suppliers and mills.
- Develop an understanding of fabric types, GSM, weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes.
- Support the selection and costing of trims, buttons, and accessories.

Merchandising & Sampling
- Coordinate with buyers and internal teams to facilitate product approvals.
- Assist in order placements and maintain effective communication with suppliers.
- Monitor sample development progress to ensure adherence to timelines.

Production & Quality Support
- Liaise with production teams to receive updates on stitching, cutting, and finishing stages.
- Gain knowledge of quality control measures related to stitching, shrinkage, and color fastness.
- Assist in coordinating lab testing and maintaining compliance documentation.

Supply Chain Coordination
- Track raw materials, production progress, and shipment schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Learn about logistics, customs procedures, and basic documentation processes.
- Support both local and export supply chain activities.

Costing & Documentation
- Assist in preparing product cost sheets and performing data entry tasks.
- Understand the components of costing, including fabric, labor, and trims.
- Help monitor budgets and contribute to the efficient use of resources.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Apparel, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product development or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, sourcing, and production processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Suite is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
