Located at Invicttus Office in Islamabad, this full-time, onsite role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of an innovative AI platform designed specifically for healthcare. The platform aims to give doctors more time and help patients stay engaged with their care, with initial launch plans in Australia followed by expansion into the UK, US, and Canada. With prototypes already developed and a clear vision in place, the company is seeking a motivated individual to drive the product forward and shape its future.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities, making strategic decisions that influence the platform’s development.
- Lead the technology team on a daily basis by planning, coordinating, removing obstacles, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Gain a deep understanding of the AI and technology powering the product to ensure the right tools are applied to the right challenges.
- Design user experiences that build trust with doctors and provide an enjoyable interface for patients.
- Engage closely with clinicians and patients to identify growth opportunities and customer needs.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of specifications and decisions to keep the team aligned.
- Collaborate directly with the founders on product enhancements, optimization, and scaling strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated energy, curiosity, and persistence rather than years of experience.
- Experience building or shipping a real product, whether professionally, academically, or through side projects or startups.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
- A keen eye for user experience, able to identify and resolve friction points others might miss.
- Good sense of UI and design aesthetics.
- Clear and concise writing skills, valuing documentation as a tool for efficiency.
- Passion for following the latest developments in AI and technology.
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to dive deep until challenges are resolved.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AI-based applications or familiarity with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering is a plus.
- Background in products involving complex workflows, health technology, speech or real-time systems, or mobile applications is advantageous.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or experience building prototypes is beneficial.
