Software Finder is looking for a skilled and results-oriented Product Manager – AI to lead its suite of AI-driven products, including conversational AI agents, workflow automation tools, and internal AI platforms. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle—from initial discovery and defining requirements to delivery, release approval, adoption, and measuring business impact. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and AI engineering teams to transform organizational needs into effective AI solutions. Beyond feature definition, the role requires setting agent behaviors, establishing guardrails, defining evaluation criteria, and designing human-in-the-loop workflows to ensure AI products achieve meaningful adoption and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap for conversational AI agents, workflow automation solutions, and internal AI platforms.
- Conduct product discovery sessions with internal departments and customer-facing teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, practical, and measurable AI product requirements.
- Develop detailed product specifications that define agent behavior, expected outcomes, guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Establish evaluation criteria, acceptance standards, and quality benchmarks for AI products.
- Define, track, and report key product metrics such as output quality, accuracy, automation coverage, adoption, usage, cost per interaction, conversion improvement, and cost savings.
- Prioritize product backlogs balancing competing business needs and departmental requirements.
- Coordinate release planning, delivery timelines, and implementation activities with AI engineering teams.
- Manage AI evaluation and quality assurance by defining test cases, reviewing outputs, and approving product releases.
- Drive product adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, change management, and ongoing user support.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify product issues, improvement opportunities, and future roadmap priorities.
- Present product and portfolio performance to leadership, covering usage, quality, cost, adoption, and business impact.
- Monitor developments in AI models, tools, frameworks, and market capabilities to inform product strategy.
- Ensure AI products comply with privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Support additional AI product management and technology initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of product management experience, including at least 1–2 years working with AI/ML-powered or data-intensive products.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into successfully launched and adopted products.
- Working knowledge of large language model applications, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents, and automated workflows.
- Understanding of model evaluation, output quality assessment, and AI product acceptance criteria.
- Ability to define practical AI product requirements and evaluate technical trade-offs without direct development involvement.
- Experience defining, tracking, analyzing, and reporting product performance metrics.
- Strong grasp of product adoption, funnel performance, output quality, and business impact measurement.
- Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional product delivery with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical requirements and articulating business value.
- Working knowledge of SQL or analytics tools for independent product data analysis.
- Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, applying prompt-design techniques, or working with agent frameworks.
- Background managing conversational AI or voice AI products.
- Experience with internal platforms, enterprise tools, or B2B products.
- Proven track record in driving product adoption and organizational change.
- Technical academic background, prior engineering experience, or ability to collaborate closely with technical teams.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles, data privacy requirements, and model-risk management.
- Understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative product development methodologies.
