Product Manager – SaaS & UI/UX

Truckpedia is a leading B2B SaaS company specializing in Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions for carriers and brokers. Our mission is to modernize the logistics and transportation industry by developing innovative software that streamlines operations, enhances transparency, and drives business growth. We are currently looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical background and SaaS experience, preferably within logistics or supply chain sectors. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define the product roadmap, manage feature specifications, oversee development sprints, and ensure the timely delivery of impactful features. The ideal candidate is adept at managing end-to-end product development cycles, working with AI tools such as Claude to generate UI/UX designs and product concepts, and taking full ownership of product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and prioritize the product roadmap for core TMS features and integrations, focusing on initiatives that deliver significant business value.
- Write clear, actionable feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups, working closely with developers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to iterate rapidly on new features.
- Utilize Claude and other AI tools to create UI/UX designs, wireframes, user flows, and product concepts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer support to align product goals with overall business objectives.
- Drive product discovery through customer interviews, market research, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Track and report on product KPIs, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear, detailed product requirements for the development team.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and sprint management methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate directly with developers, grasp technical concepts, and evaluate tradeoffs.
- Proven experience writing detailed product specifications, user stories, mockups, and user flows.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude to generate and iterate on UI/UX designs and product concepts.
- Familiarity with product development and collaboration tools like Notion and GitHub.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
