Product Manager

Truckpedia is a leading B2B SaaS company specializing in Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions tailored for carriers and brokers. Our mission is to revolutionize the logistics and transportation industry by developing innovative software that streamlines operations, enhances transparency, and drives business growth. We are currently looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical background and SaaS experience, preferably within logistics or supply chain domains. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define the product roadmap, manage feature specifications, oversee development sprints, and ensure the timely delivery of impactful features. The ideal candidate is adept at managing product development cycles end-to-end, working hand-in-hand with development teams, and taking full ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap for core TMS features and integrations based on business impact.
- Write clear, actionable feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups, ensuring close collaboration with developers to meet delivery timelines.
- Work alongside design and engineering teams to iterate rapidly on new features and improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer support to align product goals with overall business objectives.
- Drive product discovery efforts through customer interviews, market research, and data analysis to validate ideas and identify opportunities.
- Track, report, and analyze product KPIs to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and sprint management methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate directly with developers, communicate effectively in technical terms, and understand tradeoffs in product decisions.
- Proven experience writing detailed product specifications, mockups, and user flows.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, and GitHub.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
