Product Manager

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager who is a creative problem solver with a keen eye for user experience and design to join our dynamic Product Team and help shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed user personas, user stories, interaction flows, and sitemaps to guide product development.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to create clear, actionable wireframes and prototypes.
- Define product features and write comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) that cover both functional and aesthetic aspects.
- Analyze user behavior through click flows and data insights to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of the right product.
- Guide user experience by reviewing deliverables and communicating a compelling product vision.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Design and execute meaningful experiments to test hypotheses, analyze results, and recommend next steps.
- Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing teams by developing feature descriptions and release content.
- Suggest product enhancements aimed at improving user experience.
- Perform validation testing on production releases, bug fixes, and new feature requests.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management.
- Strong ability to understand customer experience deeply, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas that drive market growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Solid knowledge of databases and software development processes.
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with software engineers while maintaining a user-centric perspective.
- Proficient in creating user stories or applying frameworks like Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) and managing backlogs using tools such as Slack, Jira, and Asana.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong sense of empathy for users.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills in English, capable of motivating teams and acting as a product evangelist.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
