Product Manager

Unlike traditional video-based courses, our offerings integrate quizzes and coding challenges, allowing users to deploy test code and see their work in action. As part of a small, focused team, you will contribute to expanding our user base beyond two million developers and growing our enterprise clientele to hundreds of organizations. Working directly with the co-founders, you will have a unique opportunity to lead the product vision for a mature V1 product that has achieved product-market fit and is now scaling to redefine how developers learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, design, launch, and measure new features that enhance profitability, product discovery, and customer experience, driving growth.
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance metrics to report success or areas for improvement to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Own the long-term vision and roadmap for Educative’s products, maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identifying global business opportunities for investment.
- Diagnose root causes of challenges, develop business cases, test and implement solutions, and prioritize competing initiatives effectively.
- Operate with significant autonomy to deliver impactful results aligned with team and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, including creating strategic product roadmaps from conception to launch and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to drive product vision, go-to-market strategies, and lead design discussions, with familiarity or experience in design thinking methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in prioritizing high-impact activities and managing complex projects across multiple teams.
- Experience delivering technology products or services in high-growth environments, with a strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable business and product requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using data and metrics to independently test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and measure outcomes with precision.
- Strong intuition for customer experience, with a track record of creating innovative, user-friendly products and customer-facing features.
- Technical fluency and comfort discussing technical concepts, scheduling trade-offs, and identifying new opportunities alongside engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience with eLearning or education technology applications is highly desirable.
