We are currently seeking a strategic Product Marketer to lead the go-to-market efforts for our AI product portfolio, driving adoption and growth across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for AI products targeting commercial and government/public sectors. Develop launch plans that maximize product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Define target audiences, buyer personas, and customer journeys to ensure precise market alignment.
Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft differentiated positioning and messaging tailored to various customer segments. Create ROI-focused messaging for commercial clients and compliance/security-centered content for government agencies. Translate complex AI technologies into clear, customer-centric value propositions.
Product Launch Management: Plan and execute product launches and feature releases, including messaging frameworks and cross-functional communication strategies. Coordinate launch readiness with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution.
Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools such as battlecards, one-pagers, ROI calculators, presentations, and case studies. Equip Sales teams with competitive messaging and objection-handling resources, continuously refining collateral based on field feedback.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning. Monitor emerging AI technologies, SaaS trends, and public sector digital transformation initiatives. Perform competitor analysis and recommend positioning improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance teams to understand product capabilities, gather customer insights, and ensure regulatory compliance in all marketing communications.
Customer Engagement & Events: Manage webinars, product demos, conferences, trade shows, and customer events. Develop customer-facing presentations and educational content to support advocacy and success initiatives.
Content Development: Create compelling product content including blogs, whitepapers, solution briefs, landing pages, and presentations. Tailor messaging for executive, technical, and procurement audiences, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Compliance & AI Governance: Ensure all marketing materials comply with AI transparency, privacy, security, and responsible AI guidelines. Collaborate with compliance teams to validate claims and stay informed on evolving AI regulations and industry standards.
Performance Measurement & Optimization: Define and monitor KPIs such as pipeline generation, customer adoption, win rates, and campaign performance. Analyze marketing effectiveness and optimize GTM strategies using data-driven insights. Prepare regular performance reports with strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Product Marketing, preferably within AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Proven experience marketing products to both commercial and government/public sector customers.
- Strong expertise in GTM strategy, product positioning, launch planning, buyer persona development, and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with AI/ML product marketing, SaaS solutions, enterprise software, and responsible AI principles.
- Proficient in market research, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and KPI analytics.
- Skilled in sales enablement content creation including battlecards, ROI calculators, and case studies.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in technical storytelling, webinar management, and executive presentations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and collaboration software (Jira, Confluence, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience marketing AI platforms, Generative AI, or enterprise AI solutions is highly desirable. Knowledge of government procurement processes, GovCon, and public sector sales cycles is a strong plus. Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI regulations will enhance success in this role. Candidates with experience working in agile environments alongside Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Legal teams will thrive. A solid understanding of B2B enterprise marketing and SaaS product lifecycle management is preferred.
Additional strengths include managing product launches, webinars, conferences, and customer engagement initiatives. The ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, customer-focused messaging is essential. Experience with marketing analytics, performance reporting, ROI measurement, and competitive intelligence frameworks is advantageous.
