The Product Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Sialkot District. This role involves managing and presenting textile and leather product lines to maximize sales and profitability. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with production teams to ensure product specifications are met, oversee sample quality, and maintain accurate product catalogs and pricing structures. Responsibilities also include preparing merchandising plans, analyzing sales data and customer feedback, and optimizing product assortments across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. Regular communication with sales teams and clients is essential to support negotiations and provide product information along with visual presentation guidance. Collaboration with design, sourcing, and logistics teams is critical to ensure timely delivery and strong market positioning of all product ranges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product assortments and lifecycle in coordination with production and design teams.
- Ensure samples and orders meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate product catalogs, pricing, and merchandising plans.
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and pricing improvements.
- Support sales teams and clients with product information and visual merchandising guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and market competitiveness.
- Optimize product presentation and engagement strategies across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in product management, including assortment planning and lifecycle management.
- Solid experience in sales and e-commerce merchandising, with the ability to support channel-specific strategies and online product presentation.
- Proficient analytical skills for interpreting sales data, forecasting demand, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, as well as for preparing reports and presentations.
- Relevant experience in textile or leather goods merchandising, product development, or account management is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and merchandising or ERP tools, with strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Sialkot District and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
