We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to join our Firmware/Hardware team, responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through development and culminating in a successful market launch. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of embedded systems and product lifecycle management, with hands-on experience in consumer electronics or industrial IoT products. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets market needs and aligns with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, including defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into product planning.
- Monitor product performance and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to embedded systems and IoT devices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within embedded systems, consumer electronics, or industrial IoT sectors.
- Strong understanding of firmware and hardware development processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for product backlog management.
