Hillcrest Solutions is currently seeking a Product Solution Engineer to join the EBG Storage team of a prominent Chinese telecom company based in Karachi. This is a full-time position ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience who are interested in enterprise storage, backup, virtualization, and data center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide presales support by assisting senior storage experts in customer projects and related activities.
- Assist in solution configuration, including sizing, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and preparation of technical documentation.
- Support tender responses, presentations, project tracking, and conduct technical research as required.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, partners, and distributors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Offer support for storage, backup, virtualization, and data center solutions to meet client requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Residency in Karachi is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of servers, storage systems, networking, and operating systems.
- Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage technologies, VMware virtualization, backup solutions, Linux, and Windows Server is preferred.
- Strong learning aptitude, good communication skills, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently.
- Internship or academic project experience related to enterprise IT environments is advantageous.
