Product Specialist

We are seeking a motivated professional with 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably within the Fintech industry, to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in shaping product strategy by leveraging market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis. This position involves close collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with business goals. The role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of managing product documentation, conducting impact analyses, and supporting the delivery of high-quality features that improve the overall customer and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new opportunities by analyzing market trends, user data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform and refine the product roadmap.
- Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature prototypes, white papers, and user flow diagrams based on the established roadmap.
- Detect and implement optimization opportunities within the existing product suite to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall product effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Sales teams, UX/UI Designers, Operations, business stakeholders, merchants, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless communication, feature demonstrations, and coordinated integration efforts.
- Conduct thorough impact analyses for new product developments and assist in prioritizing initiatives based on business value and customer needs.
- Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) to guarantee the timely delivery of features and products aligned with priorities set by the Product Manager.
- Oversee comprehensive feature testing, including edge case scenarios, to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date product manuals and change logs to document enhancements and modifications accurately.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Keenu Wallet platform, enhancing capabilities for both customers and partners.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Fintech sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research, user data, and competitive insights.
- Proven experience in preparing detailed product documentation such as PRDs and user flows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate coordination and feature demonstrations.
