Production Architect / BIM Specialist (I-11/3, Islamabad)

UCC (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a dynamic architecture and construction firm based in Islamabad, is seeking a detail-oriented Production Architect / BIM Specialist to join their Architecture & BIM team. This full-time, on-site role involves working closely with civil, mechanical, and planning engineers on large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with real projects and a passion for architectural production and BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural BIM models and construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Create and maintain Revit families and parametric components to support project needs.
- Prepare schedules, sheets, and drawing layouts ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain Revit templates and drawing standards across projects.
- Perform quality checks to ensure consistent and precise documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with civil, mechanical, and planning engineers to align project deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to meet project deadlines and milestones.
- Keep detailed records of tasks and progress to support project tracking.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in architectural production, BIM, or construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp with practical application in project environments.
- Strong understanding of architectural documentation and drawing standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Islamabad before starting work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
