Production Coordinator

This role focuses on ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance during production shifts while maintaining efficient operations to meet customer demands. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring equipment, coordinating multiple machines, and managing material flow between supply chain and production. The position requires close attention to production schedules to optimize job order prioritization and minimize disruptions. Accurate reporting of output and any unsafe conditions during shifts is essential to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety compliance throughout shifts and report any unsafe conditions or near misses promptly.
- Adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct and Charter values at all times.
- Monitor production operations according to customer orders, ensuring maximum output with minimal delays.
- Oversee equipment status and manage packing materials effectively.
- Coordinate activities involving multiple machines, including printing and slitting machines.
- Facilitate smooth material movement between supply chain and production departments.
- Track job progress to ensure timely completion and proactively resolve issues to avoid disruptions.
- Review production schedules regularly and prioritize job orders to optimize production efficiency.
- Collect and report output data such as the number of finished and rejected labels during shifts.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Technical qualification certification or diploma relevant to the field is required.
- Technical knowledge of Flexo Printing processes is essential.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in shifts is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Candidates holding an engineering degree will be preferred.
- The position is full-time and requires in-person attendance at the work location.
- The monthly salary starts from Rs 70,000.
