Production Engineer

We are seeking a technically proficient and proactive Production Engineer to support daily production activities, enhance line performance, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to achieving production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate with Assistant Managers – PAL & FPL to meet daily production goals.
- Implement assembly and online quality standards as defined by suppliers and approved procedures.
- Monitor and analyze production data, including rejection and rework rates, to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure the serviceability and availability of production lines, equipment, and tools to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Enforce proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production and process documentation.
- Identify production-related issues promptly and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Undertake additional production-related tasks as assigned by the AV Factory Manager.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, or electronics assembly.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

The position is based at 35KM, Multan Road, Lahore.
