We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our production team. The successful candidate will assist with daily production activities, monitor manufacturing processes, maintain accurate production records, and support the team in meeting production targets. This role requires adherence to quality and safety standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the production team with daily manufacturing and operational tasks.
- Monitor production processes to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain production reports, records, and all relevant documentation.
- Support quality control activities to ensure products meet company standards.
- Identify production issues and promptly report them to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and warehouse teams as needed.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and comply with company policies.
- Contribute to achieving daily production targets and improving operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (either completed or currently in progress).
- Fresh graduates and candidates seeking practical experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of production or manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a production environment.

Job Type: Internship
Compensation: Rs 25,000 per month
Work Location: On-site (in person)
