A leading Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical company near Gujranwala is seeking a qualified and experienced Production Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices manufacturing and production management, bringing 4 to 5 years of relevant industry experience. This role requires hands-on leadership to oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the entire production process within the medical devices manufacturing unit.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve production issues.
- Monitor resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for senior management.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of Pharm-D.
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in production management within the medical devices or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance specific to medical devices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage production operations effectively.
