Production Manager

People Perfect is recruiting on behalf of a leading Ice Cream and Dairy Manufacturing Company for the role of Production Manager based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in production and quality control within the ice cream or dairy industry. This role demands a hands-on leader who can oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and drive operational efficiency to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement production schedules aligned with demand and operational goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance protocols, food safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor the performance and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and other departments to facilitate seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead, motivate, and manage production teams to achieve high levels of operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in ice cream or dairy manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and raw material handling specific to the dairy sector.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, and other food safety and quality management systems.
- Proven leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective team management capabilities.
