Production Manager Nutraceuticals

The Production Manager Nutraceuticals role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Korangi District. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of nutraceutical production, ensuring that batch planning and scheduling are executed efficiently. The manager will oversee the availability of raw materials and guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the production team to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Monitor equipment functionality and promptly address any operational issues to reduce downtime.
- Plan and schedule production batches in alignment with demand and resource availability.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support regulatory compliance and quality audits.
- Collaborate closely with quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth production workflows and timely product delivery.
- Implement process improvements adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and facilitating compliance checks.

Required Qualifications

- Proven leadership and team management experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical production.
- Strong understanding of production processes, GMP standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to effectively plan, schedule, and coordinate inventory to meet production and delivery targets.
- Experience with safety protocols, equipment operation, and basic troubleshooting of production machinery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance and supply chain.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Pharmacy or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and readiness to work full-time on-site in the Korangi District.
