Production Planning & Control (PPC) Officer

A.I. Textiles, a growing leader in the home textiles export sector based in Faisalabad, is seeking a detail-oriented Production Planning and Control (PPC) Officer. This full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the entire production lifecycle. The PPC Officer will act as the essential link between customer orders and the manufacturing floor, ensuring smooth progression from raw materials through to timely export delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and regularly update the master production schedule (MPS) based on order volumes, production capacities, and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor daily progress of all orders through various manufacturing stages, including weaving, dyeing, stitching, checking, and packing.
- Maintain accurate, real-time tracking sheets and production reports by compiling daily floor updates.
- Collaborate closely with production heads, quality control, and warehouse teams to identify and resolve material shortages or production bottlenecks.
- Proactively detect production variances early, coordinate corrective actions with department heads, and provide transparent progress updates to management.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Production Planning and Control within a textile manufacturing environment, preferably with towel manufacturing exposure.
- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing workflows, capacity planning, and lead-time management.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data compilation, tracking, and reporting, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, capable of assertively following up across multiple factory departments and delivering clear updates.
