A.I. Textiles, a reputable and expanding company in the home textiles export sector based in Faisalabad, is looking for a detail-oriented Production Planning and Control (PPC) Officer. This full-time, on-site role is crucial in managing and optimizing the entire production lifecycle. The PPC Officer will act as the vital link between customer orders and the manufacturing floor, ensuring smooth progression from raw materials to timely export delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and regularly update the master production schedules (MPS) based on order volumes, production capacity, and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor daily progress of all orders through various manufacturing stages, including weaving, dyeing, stitching, quality checking, and packing.
- Maintain accurate, real-time tracking sheets and production reports by compiling daily updates from the production floor.
- Work closely with production heads, quality control teams, and warehouse staff to identify and resolve material shortages or production bottlenecks.
- Detect production variances early, coordinate corrective actions with department heads, and provide transparent progress reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Production Planning and Control within a textile manufacturing environment, preferably with towel manufacturing exposure.
- Strong understanding of textile production workflows, capacity planning, and lead-time management.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis, combined with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident and clear communication abilities, with a proactive approach to following up across multiple factory departments.
