This role involves working within the packaging operations of the Non-Ceph Value Stream, ensuring that production targets are met while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and regulatory standards. The position requires maintaining accurate production records, promoting safety and waste reduction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operational protocols, cost efficiency, and data integrity, while supporting end-to-end packaging operations and timely completion of SAP transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment by promoting zero waste initiatives and adhering to ZAP & ZIP reporting standards.
- Maintain up-to-date records of production, downtime, changeovers, preventive maintenance, and other relevant data for the Non-Ceph Value Stream on a daily basis.
- Propose and implement measures to improve machine efficiency (OEE) and maintain toolkit data.
- Monitor and ensure all production floor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, including adherence to daily OEE targets and conformance to production plans.
- Enforce GMP compliance, including proper labeling, in-process controls (IPC), and line clearance, as well as EHS compliance such as zero access zones and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during operations.
- Operate in a cost-efficient manner, emphasizing right-first-time production, minimizing changeovers, and reducing waste.
- Identify, suggest, and implement Operational Excellence (OE) projects following management approval.
- Maintain comprehensive records for assigned machinery, including daily logbooks, maintenance, cleaning, and changeover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity standards and continuously improve controls based on ALCOA+ principles.
- Complete all packaging operations and inspection-related SAP production transactions accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (DAE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing or packaging operations.
- Ability to read and follow written procedures and technical instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
- Reliable attendance with willingness to work on-site shifts.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written Urdu or English for clear communication and reporting.
