The NUST Business School’s Department of Management & HR is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional for a senior academic position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with extensive teaching and research experience at recognized universities or reputable national or international organizations. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of scholarly publications and a commitment to advancing academic excellence through teaching, research, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced lectures and design comprehensive course content in the field of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
- Lead and actively contribute to research projects, ensuring publications in high-impact, HEC-recognized journals.
- Supervise graduate and postgraduate students in their research activities and thesis work, providing academic guidance and mentorship.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and contribute to departmental leadership and administrative duties.

Required Qualifications
- A PhD in Innovation or Entrepreneurship from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
- At least 15 years of teaching or research experience in an HEC-recognized university, postgraduate institution, or relevant professional experience in national or international organizations.
- A minimum of 10 years of post-PhD teaching or research experience in recognized academic or professional settings.
- A strong research portfolio with at least 15 publications, including a minimum of 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.
- Demonstrated expertise in entrepreneurship.

Candidates must be between 30 and 59 years of age. All applicants are required to submit scanned copies of their academic and professional documents. The highest degree certificate must be attested or verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Applicants should note that candidates may be deemed ineligible if they have a third division in their academic record, a weak academic profile, or are currently pursuing the required degree. Employees of NUST with less than one year of service or without a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their head of institution will not be considered. Medical fitness is also a prerequisite.
