Program & Partnerships Coordinator

Located in Karachi, this on-site junior-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized professional to support educational program coordination, foster industry partnerships, and assist in student career development. The role requires a graduate in Marketing or a related field with at least one year of relevant experience. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing a structured environment to contribute meaningfully to both student success and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly student progress reports, covering attendance and academic performance.
- Coordinate with the institute and instructors to ensure smooth and effective training operations.
- Manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including proposal development and partner follow-ups.
- Build and maintain industry relationships to explore collaboration opportunities such as internships and job placements.
- Facilitate student placements and monitor employment outcomes to ensure successful transitions into the workforce.
- Organize career development sessions, guest lectures, and other industry engagement activities to enhance student exposure.
- Maintain accurate records and provide monthly progress and key performance indicator (KPI) reports to management.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role involving coordination, reporting, or partnership development.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow-up and task management.
- Ability to build and nurture professional relationships within the industry.
