Programs Associate

Key Responsibilities
The Programs Associate will be based full-time on-site in Karachi and will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various accelerator and innovation initiatives. These include workshops, cohort programs, mentorship sessions, and community events. Daily responsibilities involve managing program timelines, maintaining clear communication with participants and mentors, preparing relevant content and materials, and ensuring accurate program documentation. The role also requires supporting data collection and reporting efforts to track program outcomes.

This position demands close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to guarantee smooth program operations and deliver a high-quality experience for participants. The Programs Associate will contribute to continuous program improvement by providing feedback and assisting with outreach efforts, including social media updates related to ongoing programs. Additionally, the role involves representing Katalyst Labs at relevant ecosystem events and activities to strengthen community engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in program coordination or project management, ideally within startup, innovation, or nonprofit environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling professional engagement with founders, mentors, and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to organize events, workshops, or training sessions, including managing logistics and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as office productivity software, online collaboration platforms, and basic data tracking or reporting applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation within the Pakistani context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
