KS ID HD, a Lahore-based architecture and interior design firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The firm is known for delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces with a strong focus on design excellence, technical precision, and high-quality project execution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of professional experience and be capable of managing architectural projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring design integrity and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and comprehensive working drawings.
- Prepare construction documentation and technical details to support project execution.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and design presentations to effectively communicate ideas.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project progress.
- Supervise site execution to maintain design quality and adherence to specifications.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and oversee junior team members to ensure productivity.
- Integrate architectural and interior design details for cohesive project outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Strong skills in architectural design, technical detailing, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit/BIM software.
- Experience with 3D visualization tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar programs.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
