Project Consultant

We are seeking experienced consultants to join our technical network for upcoming SME development projects across Pakistan. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in areas such as decarbonization, greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, workforce management, social systems, diversity and inclusion, and workforce digitalization. Consultants will have the chance to contribute to impactful assignments in multiple locations including Lahore, Faisalabad, Karachi, Sialkot, and Multan.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultancy services on SME development initiatives, focusing on sustainable and inclusive growth strategies.
- Support projects related to decarbonization efforts and GHG accounting to help businesses reduce their environmental impact.
- Advise on ESG frameworks and implementation to enhance corporate responsibility and compliance.
- Assist in workforce management and digitalization strategies to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Promote social systems development, diversity, and inclusion within client organizations to foster equitable work environments.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of consultancy services.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation reflecting project progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: decarbonization, GHG accounting, ESG, workforce management, social systems, diversity and inclusion, or workforce digitalization.
- Demonstrated track record of working on SME development or related consultancy assignments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply technical knowledge in practical settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Availability to work on assignments in any of the specified locations across Pakistan.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
