Project Consultant

We are seeking experienced consultants to join our technical network for upcoming SME development projects across Pakistan. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in areas such as decarbonization, greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks, workforce management, social systems, diversity and inclusion, and workforce digitalization. Consultants will be engaged in assignments based in major cities including Lahore, Faisalabad, Karachi, Sialkot, and Multan.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultancy services related to SME development initiatives, focusing on sustainable and inclusive growth.
- Support projects involving decarbonization strategies and GHG accounting to help SMEs reduce their environmental impact.
- Assist organizations in implementing ESG practices and frameworks to enhance social responsibility and governance standards.
- Advise on workforce management solutions, including digitalization efforts to improve operational efficiency.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within workforce systems to foster equitable workplace environments.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs and local contexts.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a consultant in relevant fields such as decarbonization, GHG accounting, ESG, workforce management, or social systems.
- Strong understanding of SME development challenges and opportunities within the Pakistani context.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality consultancy outputs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations including Lahore, Faisalabad, Karachi, Sialkot, and Multan.
- Ability to provide a brief profile outlining relevant assignments, sector experience, and availability.
