Project Coordination & Team Lead (Onsite)

We are seeking a skilled IT professional with over three years of experience to join our team in an onsite night shift role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing pre-project onboarding, documentation, team coordination, and ensuring overall project readiness. This position requires strong collaboration skills to effectively liaise between clients, project managers, technical teams, and various internal departments. The role is based in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi, and involves working from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all pre-project onboarding and project initiation activities to ensure smooth project starts.
- Collect, review, and organize client and project requirements accurately.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including checklists, trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Verify that all necessary information, resources, access permissions, and approvals are secured before project kickoff.
- Coordinate with IT, technical, sales, and operations teams to confirm project readiness.
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and kickoff documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and track the status of pending tasks.
- Help assign and monitor pre-project responsibilities within the team.
- Facilitate the smooth handover of projects from Sales/Business Development to the Project Team.
- Organize and support project kickoff meetings to align all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized project records and documentation.
- Identify missing information, dependencies, or potential delays and escalate these issues to the relevant manager promptly.
- Prepare status updates and reports for management review.
- Provide ongoing support to project teams during the initial implementation phase.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
- Proven experience in project coordination, IT operations, implementation, or project support roles.
- Strong understanding of IT projects, technical teams, and project workflows.
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to follow up and manage teams efficiently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, software implementation, or managed services is an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 120,000.
- Work location is onsite, requiring daily commute management to Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
- Night shift hours from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
