Project Coordinator – Snow Removal

We are looking for a dependable and well-organized Project Coordinator to oversee and support snow removal operations throughout the winter season. This position requires managing crews, schedules, and client communications to ensure services are delivered safely and on time. The role demands flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate snow removal crews and manage daily operational activities.
- Monitor weather forecasts and adjust work schedules as needed to respond effectively to storms.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, supervisors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Track crew attendance, job completion status, and prepare detailed site reports.
- Enforce safety protocols and uphold service quality standards at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project coordination or operations management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends during storm events.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Excel, email, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience in snow removal or facilities management is an advantage.
- Exposure to international project coordination, particularly in Facility Maintenance, Supply Chain, or Logistics/vendor onboarding, is highly valued.
- Experience working with international clients and understanding cross-cultural communication is beneficial.

This is a full-time, onsite position with shift hours typically from 7 PM to 4 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM, reflecting the nature of winter storm response work. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment requiring responsiveness and adaptability.
