We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end project delivery within our AI services company, located in Iqbal Town, Lahore. This full-time, onsite role operates during the morning shift (Pakistan Time) and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 150,000 to 200,000. The successful candidate will act as the vital link between clients and the development team, ensuring smooth communication, clear task definition, and timely delivery across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, gathering requirements, defining project scope, and managing expectations effectively.
- Communicate project status, potential risks, and blockers proactively to all stakeholders.
- Manage change requests by evaluating their impact and securing necessary approvals before implementation.
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable development tickets and assign tasks based on developer expertise and workload.
- Track progress across various projects, removing blockers and escalating delays or resource constraints when necessary.
- Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and overall delivery health to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure quality assurance approval before delivering projects to clients.
- Conduct internal stand-ups and client status meetings to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Report project progress, risks, and any critical updates to leadership regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management or Product Ownership, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent client communication skills with fluent spoken English.
- Strong skills in writing detailed tickets and breaking down tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Ability to balance client expectations, developer capacity, and business priorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical understanding that enables reviewing ticket scope and estimating effort accurately.
- Experience working on AI-driven or non-standard software products is highly desirable.
