4Nodes Technologies is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator Intern to join our team onsite at Tajpura Scheme, Canal Road. This full-time role operates from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing technical projects within a collaborative and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, and delivery while working closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing phases of technical projects.
- Develop detailed plans covering execution through to delivery, guiding the team toward shared objectives.
- Manage deployment deliverables and ensure they are completed on schedule.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Organize and lead meetings, maintain project documentation, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Encourage a self-managing team culture where members take ownership of their tasks.
- Coordinate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather project requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Internship experience is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate well within a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and familiarity with relevant tools or software is preferred.
- Must be based in Lahore and able to work onsite at the Tajpura office.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous internship experience in a related field will enhance candidacy.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000.
