Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to top-tier clients, ensuring projects meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals. This role requires managing deployment schedules, handling multiple priorities, and navigating ambiguous requests effectively. You will coordinate deployment processes and collaborate with various internal teams using tools such as CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis, and ServiceNow. Attention to detail is essential when processing orders, quality checking, releasing, and monitoring shipment status. You will work closely within a team environment, develop a strong understanding of inventory management principles, and manage project tools including client dashboards, Smartsheets, and MS Excel. Driving deployment requirements through demand planning tools like Kinaxis, including order processing and schedule adjustments, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Prior project management experience is considered a plus.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and process expertise. The ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and meet aggressive deadlines is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Being a motivated, team-oriented individual who actively contributes to achieving team goals is important for success in this role.
