COMMTEL, a prominent System Integrator (SI), Managed Services Provider (MSP), and Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its team in Karachi Division. The company, known for innovation and reliability, serves clients both in Pakistan and internationally with a skilled workforce of over 200 professionals, 75% of whom are technical experts. This full-time, on-site role offers an opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of diverse technology projects by supporting planning, execution, and completion phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and completing various projects while ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Monitor project progress and timelines to keep projects on track.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate communication among stakeholders to facilitate smooth information flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are met within budget and schedule.
- Identify potential risks and issues, contributing to problem-solving efforts to keep projects on course.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills essential for coordinating project tasks and schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges proactively.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
