COMMTEL, a prominent System Integrator, Managed Services Provider, and Managed Security Services Provider with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join its team in Karachi. With a workforce of more than 200 professionals—75% of whom are technical experts—COMMTEL delivers innovative and reliable technology solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients both locally and internationally. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful completion of various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects by monitoring progress and managing project documentation.
- Coordinate communication among stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved within the specified timeline and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize goals and deliverables effectively.
- Track project milestones and report on status, risks, and issues to relevant parties.
- Support problem-solving efforts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate multiple project tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and identify practical solutions.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
