Right To Play is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator based in Karachi, Pakistan, to support the implementation and monitoring of its community-based projects. This full-time, fixed-term position runs until September 30, 2027, and requires candidates to be legally eligible to work in Pakistan without visa sponsorship. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Officer and community teams to ensure effective delivery of activities that empower children and youth through play-based learning. The role involves planning, organizing, and facilitating events and training sessions, monitoring project progress, and maintaining strong partnerships with local stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about child development and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Activity Planning and Implementation:
Lead the involvement of partners, children, and stakeholders in planning and executing project activities. Support teachers, coaches, and educational supervisors in developing and aligning their activity plans with project goals. Organize and facilitate events such as workshops, training days, play days, and sports tournaments. Coordinate logistics for training and events, assess training needs, and deliver or support training sessions. Manage equipment distribution, handle advance payments, and oversee community facility repairs and upgrades.

Monitoring and Reporting:
Conduct regular field visits to project sites and provide coaching and mentoring to local educators and community leaders. Facilitate data collection using quantitative and qualitative tools and prepare detailed narrative and financial reports to update the Country Office. Ensure compliance with Right To Play’s Child Safeguarding Policy and proper use of project materials. Identify community needs, support partner selection, and represent Right To Play in local forums. Organize stakeholder meetings and conduct performance assessments of coaches and facilitators. Collaborate on professional development and peer learning initiatives, and recommend candidates for certification where applicable. Identify implementation gaps and propose solutions.

Establish and Maintain Partnerships:
Build and sustain effective relationships with local partners, community leaders, and stakeholders to enhance project reach and impact. Ensure community leaders are informed and involved as necessary.

Supervision and Guidance:
Provide leadership and support to community teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated working environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, or a related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in project implementation and coordination, including team leadership.
Experience in girls’ empowerment and conducting training workshops.
Proven ability to implement development programs in both rural and urban settings.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
