Project Coordinator

Join Mahir Company, Pakistan’s leading technology-enabled home services platform, as an Operations & Project Coordinator. This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely completion of assigned projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks to support smooth service delivery and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Oversee vendor scheduling, assign tasks, and maintain project timelines to guarantee efficient workflow.
- Monitor project progress closely and address any operational challenges that arise.
- Liaise effectively with customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow up with the accounts team on invoicing and outstanding payments to maintain financial accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, including cost details and completion reports, for transparency and future reference.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
- Candidates with a background in Civil Engineering or DAE Civil with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or vendor management.
- Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

Location:
This position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.

Compensation:
The monthly salary range for this role is Rs45,000 to Rs65,000.
