Project Director – Lahore

Grand City Real Estate is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the planning, development, execution, and successful delivery of a major real estate project located in Arifwala, Punjab. The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership and project management expertise, with a strong background in construction and stakeholder coordination. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing complex project dynamics while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive planning, development, and execution phases of the project.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control to meet established targets.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor construction progress closely and address any operational or project-related challenges promptly.
- Coordinate effectively with senior management, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities comply with approved designs, regulatory requirements, and project standards.
- Provide regular progress and performance reports to senior management to maintain transparency.
- Lead and motivate the project team while ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in project management or development, preferably within the real estate or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and real estate project execution methodologies.
- Excellent leadership abilities combined with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of project budgeting, planning, and risk management principles.
- Willingness to be based full-time in Arifwala to oversee project activities on-site.
